bad day...

miss those running days...

early morning wake up,then go 'long piak'...
and afternoon,due to my hyperactive!!!!
and i jump into a hole and sprained my ankle..;(
went to clinic,spend RM38 just for painkiller...sigh...
tomolo going to seek for 'tit da' help...damn pain!!!T.T
suddenly,the accident in form4 pop out in my mind!!!
it was a nightmare that i will never forget...
i lost everything...
i have a bad day!!!
end...
